Sushant Singh Rajput‘s case is being handled by three different agencies (NCB, CBI & ED). Each agency is looking after different angles in the story. They have been interrogating people close to the case to get a better perspective of the reason behind Sushant’s demise.
NCB has already taken under custody Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda and few others on drug charges linked to SSR suicide case. Rhea has already appealed for bail which was rejected by High court and she will again appeal for bail as Pinkvilla reports suggest. Lately, NCB also summoned Shruti Modi and Jaya Shah related to drug angle on Sushant’s case.
As per latest reports of Times Now, NCB is much likely to summon SSR’s sister and brother in law to record their statements on the drug angle of the case. The official statement of Times Now read, “NCB likely to call SSR’s sister, his brother-in-law to record their statements”.
Till now 18 people have been arrested by NCB on drug charges. NCB has also found out hookahs, medicines and ashtrays while investigating SSR’s Pavana farmhouse.
