After questioning Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty for several hours in the last week, Enforcement Directorate is now reported to summon Siddharth Pithani on Monday for the investigation in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, according to India Today.

The late actor’s friend and Creative Content Manager, Siddharth was earlier summoned by the ED on 8th August. However, Pithani failed to join the probe then.

Apart from Siddharth, ED had also summoned Rhea Chakraborty once again on 10th August. Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty, her house manager Samuel Miranda and Sushant’s Chartered Accountant Sandeep Sridhar were also summoned for the questioning earlier. Rhea was questioned for eight and a half hours on 7th August and her brother Showik was questioned for 18 hours straight on Saturday and Sunday.

The agency has been investigating the money laundering angle in Sushant’s case. ED has filed a case against Rhea Chakraborty and a few others after the late actor’s father, KK Singh lodged an FIR against Rhea and her family accusing her of transferring a large amount of money from his son’s account and also mentally harassing him that pushed him towards suicide.
