Ever since the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, several actors have made their way to the headlines, but for all the wrong reasons. Farhan Akhtar and his girlfriend Shibani Dandekar are amongst them, who have found themselves in the middle of controversies, mainly for supporting the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. While, Shibani was severely criticised for standing up for her best friend and demanding ‘Justice for Rhea’, Farhan too supported his girlfriend, but largely preferred staying quiet on the case.
Now it seems Farhan has made his mind to break the silence. On Thursday (1st October), the actor took to Twitter to condemn the news reports which stated that Sushant’s cook Keshav is currently employed by him.
Taking it to Twitter, Farhan made an official statement on record and wrote, “For the record: I have no person named Keshav working at mine. Unsurprisingly, another lie by a fake news channel famous for peddling lies. Please stop being so gullible. Just because a guy screams it out on TV doesn’t make it true.”

Farhan Akhtar had penned a poem and paid a tribute to Sushant two days after his sudden demise. The actor had then written, “Sleep my brother Sleep. Let the vultures gather and the crocodiles weep, let the circus performers juggle, contort, bow and leap. Let the shrill get higher let the darkness in the hearts of men get deep. Sleep my brother sleep. RIP Sushant.”
