The Supreme Court of India has refused a PIL seeking a CBI inquiry on Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. On Thursday while rejecting the PIL, Chief Justice Of India Sharad Arvind Bobde said: ‘Let the police do their job’.
Meanwhile, Mumbai police is investigating the case as well as Bihar police is also investigating the case.

As per the reports the Mumbai Police had filed an accidental death report on June 14 under Section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code, after Sushant’s death. No formal complaint was filed in connection with the case until the late actor’s father KK Singh lodged a FIR against Rhea Chakarborty in Patna on Saturday.

In the FIR, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father has accused Rhea Chakraborty of cheating and threatening his son. Sushant’s family has also claimed that Rhea intentionally kept Sushant away from his family.
