Rhea Chakraborty begs ED to postpone her recording

Rhea Chakraborty begs the Enforcement Directorate to postpone her recording of the statement till her plea is heard by the Supreme Court of India

Rhea Chakraborty’s advocate has recently stated that the actor would not appear before ED till the Supreme court hears her plea.

Chakbraborty has currently filed a petition to Supreme Court for the transfer of her case to Mumbai Police which is currently handled by Bihar police.

On 25th July , SSR’s father had filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty and a few of her close relatives accusing them of abetting his son’s suicide and also swindling money from SSR’s bank account. On 31st July, the ED registered a money laundering case against Rhea Chakbraborty and has asked her to appear before the Mumbai Office of Central Agency on 7th August at 11am.

Satish Manishinde has reportedly said, Chakraborty wont be appearing before ED on Friday as she had requested to postpone her recording of statement. But, in light of this plea, ED has not yet responded to her pleas .
