Bombay High Court adjourned hearing of bail pleas of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik for 29th September.

Rhea Chakraborty applied for bail after completing 14 days in judicial custody on Tuesday, the hearing of the bail plea of ​​Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty in the Bombay High Court was adjourned for Thursday.

The decision was taken, due to heavy down pour and water-logging in Mumbai due to which the High Court declared a holiday on Wednesday. Now, the recent update on the case by ANI stated that today the Bombay High Court adjourned the hearing of bail pleas of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik for 29th September.

Rhea was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on 8th September and was remanded to 14-day judicial custody till 22nd September for her alleged involvement in a drug case linked to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. In NDPS court, her judicial custody was extended till 6th October.
