‘LSD 2’ Box Office Collection Day 1: Dibakar Banerjee’s movie opens with Rs 15 lakh

The film clashed with Vidya Balan and Pratik Gandhi’s ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar’.

The Dibakar Banerjee-directed film ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2’ made roughly Rs 15 lakh on its first day at the box office in India. In a nutshell, the film combines clutter-breaking digital realities. Its cast includes Paritosh Tiwari, Bonita Rajpurohit, and Abhinav Singh.

‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2’ competed alongside Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi, Ileana D’Cruz, and Sendhil Ramamurthy’s ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar’ at the box office. The films were released on April 19. ‘LSD 2’, produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, opened to Rs 15 lakh (0.15 crore) on its first day at the domestic box office.

According to early estimates, the picture had an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 5.48 percent on Friday. It is, however, projected to earn a decent sum over the weekend.

The cast of the film includes Paritosh Tiwari, Bonita Rajpurohit, and Abhinav Singh, among others. Before releasing the teaser, producer Ektaa R Kapoor and director Dibakar Banerjee warned the audience that ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2’ would include startling themes.

Breaking stereotypes, constraints, and moulds, Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 remains true to its fabric, discussing the realities of today’s age in an unapologetic, yet rooted and emotionally charged manner.

This upcoming film has the audacity to tell stories that no one else will, as well as the fortitude to cast people who no one else would. The film is packed with everything we want to see. Ektaa Kapoor produced the film, which was directed by Dibakar Banerjee.
