CBI team already reached Bandra Police station and even DCP office as a part of their probe whereas till now CBI officials have grilled cook Neeraj Singh, Sidhart Pithani and Deepesh Sawant in DRDO office in Mumbai. Vikas Singh who is lawyer of Sushant’s father KK Singh recently claimed that CBI shall interrogate Rhea Chakraborty very soon, however she has not received any summons from the agency as per her lawyer Satish Maneshinde. Rhea had lodged a plea to transfer the case from Patna to Mumbai, discarded by Supreme Court which led to the involvement of CBI in the matter.
CBI has taken charge of the case since August 20th when they arrived in Mumbai. A lot of Sushant’s fans, friends and colleagues were seen lauding the decision of the judiciary to allow CBI to take over the case. Many celebrities took it to there social media to share the same.
