Avtar Group launches job portal for LGBTQ community, physically challenged and others

The portal currently offers more than 500 jobs in various sectors such as IT, manufacturing, BFSI, FinTech, healthcare, logistics, risk management professionals, software developers, quality assurance, healthcare workers, sales, and marketing.

Workplace inclusion firm Avtar Group has launched a portal that exclusively provides job to the LGBTQ, physically challenged and veterans in India, myAvtar.com.The portal will offer jobs from strong companies which have diversity and inclusion (D&I) intent with an inclusive culture, policies, and practices, Avtar said in a statement.
