Wipro Limited has unveiled its Wipro AI-Data Center (DC) solution, designed to enhance enterprise-scale AI adoption and modernise data centre environments. The solution integrates NVIDIA‘s AI Enterprise within Wipro Intelligence™, offering a unified suite of AI-enabled solutions to transform customer experience operations.
The collaboration between Wipro and NVIDIA aims to move organisations beyond isolated AI pilots to enterprise-wide AI deployment. Satish Yadavalli, Global Business Head – Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Services at Wipro, highlighted the solution’s potential to support organisations in modernising data centres and preparing for AI-native workloads. The AI-DC solution, powered by NVIDIA, offers scalable, secure, and infrastructure-ready AI solutions.
John Fanelli, Vice President of Enterprise Software at NVIDIA, emphasised the challenges enterprises face in integrating AI into core data centre operations. He noted that the Wipro AI-DC solution provides the necessary operational model, governance, and secure scaling capabilities for businesses to industrialise intelligence across their organisations.
The AI-DC solution will also power an AI-driven contact centre agent assist solution, featuring NVIDIA NeMo™ and GPU-accelerated inference. This ensures low-latency, high-performance AI across distributed enterprise environments, delivering real-time transcription, contextual summarisation, and sentiment-aware engagement insights.
Wipro Partner Labs, part of the Wipro Innovation Network, supports the ecosystem developed on NVIDIA, extending AI enablement and scaling across enterprises. This collaborative model facilitates rapid co-creation and deployment of AI use cases, enabling innovations to move seamlessly from concept to production.
Available globally across industries such as telecommunications, banking, retail, and healthcare, the Wipro AI-DC solution reinforces Wipro’s leadership in AI-led infrastructure and data centre transformation services.
