The company’s total income, which includes other income and fair value gain on compulsorily convertible preference shares in a subsidiary, amounted to ₹2,442.23 crore for the quarter. Other income was recorded at ₹159.26 crore, and the fair value gain on preference shares was ₹4.40 crore.
For the financial year ended 31 March 2026, Tube Investments of India reported a total revenue from operations of ₹8,556.35 crore, compared to ₹7,892.53 crore in the previous year. The annual other income was ₹210.99 crore, slightly up from ₹207.47 crore in the prior year.
