Kirloskar Brothers has declared a substantial dividend of ₹7.00 per equity share, translating to a 350% payout for the financial year 2025-26. This decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on 13 May 2026.
The company also released its audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31 March 2026. The revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹9,091 million, with the annual figure reaching ₹28,281 million. Other income for the quarter was reported at ₹116 million, contributing to the overall financial performance.
Additionally, Kirloskar Brothers has scheduled its 106th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 31 July 2026, to be conducted via video conferencing. The record date for determining dividend entitlement is set for 24 July 2026, with the dividend expected to be paid by 29 August 2026, subject to tax deductions.
The financial statements were audited by M/s. Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants, who issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
