Texmaco Rail & Engineering has been awarded a significant contract worth ₹130.22 crores by Limited. The contract involves the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of ballastless track and connections for the standard gauge in the elevated section of Phase 2 Corridor of the Kochi Metro Rail Project.

The order, which is domestic in nature, is set to be executed within 16 months from the date of the issue of the Letter of Acceptance. This project marks a substantial addition to ‘s portfolio, further solidifying its presence in the Indian railway infrastructure sector.

According to the details provided under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, there are no interests from the promoter group or related parties in this transaction, ensuring that it is conducted at arm’s length.

The contract with Kochi Metro Rail Limited does not involve any related party transactions, and the promoter or promoter group does not have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.
