TARC Limited has announced the launch of TARC Ishvara, a new residential development located in Sector 63A, . This launch follows the RERA approval for an additional phase of the project, marking the completion of a masterplan designed as a cohesive residential ecosystem. The development is characterised by openness, proportion, and architectural discipline.

The introduction of Ishvara was facilitated by the strategic acquisition of an adjacent land parcel, expanding the total development area to over 9 acres. The project now includes six towers with 518 residences, increasing the overall development footprint to nearly 1.7 million sq. ft. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of the development is estimated at ₹3,600 crore, enhancing long-term value creation.
