Softtech Engineers has announced the resignation of its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Ms. Shalaka Khandelwal, effective from the close of business hours on March 18, 2026. The company disclosed this development as part of its regulatory obligations under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Ms. Khandelwal, who also served as a Key Managerial Personnel, has stepped down from her roles due to personal reasons. She has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation. With her departure, she will also cease to be the Key Managerial Personnel authorised to determine the materiality of events or information and make disclosures to stock exchanges as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
The resignation letter from Ms. Khandelwal, detailing her reasons for leaving, has been attached as Annexure II in the company’s filing. The announcement was made in accordance with the requirements set out in Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, and the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026.
Softtech Engineers has not yet announced a replacement for Ms. Khandelwal’s position.
