Servotech Renewable Power System has secured a significant order from South Central Railway for a 1415 kW solar rooftop project in the Vijayawada Division. The order involves the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of grid-connected rooftop solar systems across multiple railway sites within the division.
The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, is set to be executed within six months from the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). The terms and conditions of the contract are standard as per the agreement, and there is no involvement of international entities.
The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. Furthermore, the order does not fall within related party transactions.
