Sab Events & Governance Now Media has announced the appointment of two new non-executive independent directors. Anurag Shailendra Mishra and Neha Vinod Kothari have been appointed for a term of five years, bringing their expertise to the company’s board.
The appointments were made during the board meeting held on 9th March 2026. Mr. Mishra and Ms. Kothari are expected to contribute significantly to the company’s governance and strategic direction. The board also appointed Mr. Bhavesh Chheda as the scrutiniser for the e-voting process, ensuring transparency and fairness.
The company has outlined a detailed calendar of events for the postal ballot process, with e-voting scheduled to commence on 18th March 2026 and conclude on 16th April 2026. The results of the postal ballot will be declared on or before 20th April 2026.
