Rail Vikas Nigam has been awarded a significant contract by , valued at approximately ₹242.5 crore. The contract involves the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning for the upgradation of the existing 1X25kV system to a 2X25kV AT Feeding System, including feeder and earthing works. This project spans the Ongole (OGL) to Gudur (GDR) section of the Vijayawada Division, covering a total of 154 RKM/462 TKM.

The awarded contract is a domestic project and is expected to be executed over a period of 24 months.
