The scope of work is detailed in tender documents and subsequent clarifications, with the contract set to be executed over a period of 60 months, from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031.
The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, is not classified as a related party transaction, and there is no interest from Power Mech‘s promoter group in the awarding entity. The financial consideration of ₹709.56 crore includes all taxes and duties, excluding Goods and Services Tax.
