Power Mech Projects has announced the acquisition of a significant order from Limited. The contract involves the comprehensive operation and maintenance of a 91.5 MW captive power plant (CPP) and the associated transmission line up to the Main Receiving Substation (MRSS). The company will act as an independent contractor for Hindustan Zinc Limited.

The order, valued at ₹109.22 crore excluding Goods & Services Tax (GST), is a domestic contract and is expected to be executed within a 48-month timeframe. The scope of work under this contract highlights ‘ expertise in handling complex operations and maintenance tasks in the energy sector.

The order does not involve any related party transactions, and there is no interest from the promoter or promoter group in Hindustan Zinc Limited. This new contract further strengthens Power Mech Projects’ position in the domestic market, showcasing its capability to secure and execute large-scale projects.
