Polycab India has announced a series of senior management personnel redesignations, effective from 6th May 2026. This strategic move is aimed at refining roles and responsibilities within the organisation to better align with its evolving business structure.
The company has redesignated Mr. Ishwinder Khurana as the Chief Executive Officer for the B2C segment, while Mr. Hetal Shah will now serve as the Chief Executive Officer for the EPC division. Additionally, Mr. Rakesh Talati has been appointed as Director (Non-board member) – Operations and Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Ashish D. Jain has been redesignated as the Chief Executive Officer for the Telecom division.
These changes in roles and responsibilities are part of Polycab India‘s broader strategy to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth across its various business segments. The redesignations are expected to bring a more focused approach to each division, leveraging the expertise of the newly appointed executives.
Furthermore, the company has also announced changes in its senior management personnel list due to organisational restructuring. Mr. Ritesh Arora will continue as President & Chief Digital Officer, and Mr. Rakesh Rajput will remain as President and Head of B2B Sales for the North and East regions. These changes took effect at the close of business hours on 6th May 2026.
