PNC Infratech announced the resignation of , (CFO), due to health issues. The resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors, and Agarwal will be relieved from the company effective from the closing of business hours on 31 March 2026.

The company disclosed the change in accordance with Regulation 30(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Circular No. HO149/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/11376/2026 dated 30 January 2026.

Agarwal confirmed in his resignation letter that there are no material reasons for his departure other than the health issues cited. The executive requested acknowledgement of his resignation and a copy of the E-form DIR 12 filed with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.

PNC Infratech indicated that it is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer, with details to be communicated to the stock exchanges in due course. The company has initiated trading restrictions for designated employees and related parties in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours from the date the information becomes available to exchanges and the public.
