Persistent Systems has announced the appointment of Ms. Ruchi Kulhari as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief of Staff, effective from 23 March 2026. This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Ms. Kulhari brings over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry, specialising in strategic human capital leadership, organisational design, talent management, and enterprise transformation. She has previously served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Unisys. Her extensive career also includes senior leadership roles at Coforge, where she was the Chief People Officer, and at EXL and Infosys, where she held significant HR positions.
The appointment of Ms. Kulhari as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) is part of Persistent Systems‘ strategic efforts to strengthen its leadership team and enhance its organisational capabilities.
