Persistent Systems, a leader in digital engineering and enterprise modernisation, has appointed as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Execution. This strategic move is aimed at bolstering the company’s enterprise execution and leadership alignment as it advances into its next phase of growth.

The appointment of Kulhari comes at a time when Persistent is expanding its global operations and intensifying its focus on AI-led, platform-driven services. Her role is designed to enhance enterprise execution, leadership alignment, and the translation of strategy into actionable outcomes across the organisation.

In her new role, Kulhari will collaborate closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to drive the company’s critical priorities. She will work across various business units and functions to translate strategic priorities into well-defined initiatives with measurable outcomes. Her responsibilities include strengthening execution cadence, governance, and accountability across the enterprise, as well as leading cross-functional programmes such as AI-led transformation and operating model evolution.

Kulhari brings over two decades of global leadership experience in enterprise transformation, organisational strategy, and human resources. Before joining Persistent, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys. She has also held leadership roles at Coforge, Infosys, and EXL Services.
