It aims to handle operations, maintenance, and distribution of power, alongside dealing in electrical appliances and solar energy products. The subsidiary is yet to commence business operations, with its turnover currently at nil.
Oriana Power Limited holds 100% of the share capital in Brightera Solar, with the acquisition being a related party transaction. The nature of consideration for the acquisition is cash.
