Omaxe Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, has received RERA registration certificates for two of its commercial projects in Lucknow. The projects, named Commercial-3 Block-I and Commercial-3 Block-2, were launched on 7th May 2026 and cater to both domestic and international markets.
The registration was granted by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (U.P. RERA) and ensures compliance with regulations, enhances credibility, and guarantees transparency and legal protection for buyers. Both projects are situated in Tehsil-Sarojini Nagar, District-Lucknow, UP, with specific registration numbers UPRERAPRJ914738/05/2026 for Block-I and UPRERAPRJ627399/05/2026 for Block-2. The registrations are valid until 17th December 2030, unless extended by the concerned authority.
