Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe, has secured a RERA registration certificate for its latest project, COMMERCIAL-3 BLOCK-3, located in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The registration, numbered UPRERAPRJ787830/04/2026, was granted by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (U.P. RERA) and is valid until 17 December 2030.
The project, launched on 23 April 2026, is categorised as a commercial development catering to both domestic and international markets. The RERA registration is a significant milestone, certifying compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing the project’s credibility, and ensuring transparency and legal protection for buyers. This approval allows the subsidiary to sell, transfer, or advertise the project, thereby strengthening Omaxe’s brand value and positively impacting its consolidated financial performance.
The registration is subject to standard conditions, and there is currently no withdrawal, cancellation, or suspension of the licence. The approval remains in effect until the specified expiry date, unless extended by the concerned authority.
