NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PTC India Limited on 31st March 2026. The agreement aims to explore the possibilities of selling renewable energy (RE) to PTC India Limited through bilateral arrangements and other market mechanisms.
The MoU was signed by Sh. Sarit Maheshwari, CEO of NGEL, and Dr. Manoj Kumar Jhawar, CMD of PTC India Limited, in the presence of senior officials from both organisations. This collaboration is expected to enhance the sale and distribution of renewable energy, aligning with India’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
