NMDC has announced the appointment of Shri Krishna Kumar Thakur as Director (Personnel) on its board. The appointment, communicated by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, is for a five-year term starting from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders, whichever comes first.
Shri Krishna Kumar Thakur, who holds the Director Identification Number (DIN) 10172666, is currently serving as Director (HR) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). His new role at NMDC marks a significant step in his career, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The order was issued by the Ministry of Steel under Order No. S-14013/1/2025-BLA dated 17th March 2026.
