Nestle India has announced a significant expansion with the addition of a new Munch production line at its in Gujarat. The company plans to invest approximately ₹225 crore in this project, which is part of its broader strategy to enhance production capacities.

The new production line is expected to add around 8,300 tons per annum to the facility’s capacity. This expansion is slated to be completed within the financial year 2025-26. has decided to finance this investment through internal accruals, reflecting its strong financial position.

This development is part of Nestle India’s planned capital expenditure in both greenfield and brownfield projects. The company aims to increase its overall capacities to meet the anticipated future demand for its products. In addition to the Sanand Factory, Nestle India also manufactures Munch at its other facilities, underscoring its commitment to scaling operations across multiple locations.
