Nestlé India held a one-on-one virtual meeting with an institutional investor on 17th March 2026, according to a regulatory filing submitted to stock exchanges.

The company confirmed in the filing that no unpublished price-sensitive information was disclosed during the meeting. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The filing was submitted by Pramod Kumar Rai, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Nestlé India, to both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited. The notification followed a prior intimation sent to the exchanges on 9th March 2026.

The company stated that the update was also being made available on its official website at www.nestle.in for stakeholder information.
