The first project involves the construction of the Indian Overseas Bank’s office building in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. This project is valued at approximately ₹20.15 crore, excluding GST, and will be managed under a project management consultancy framework. The awarding entity for this contract is Indian Overseas Bank, and the project is classified as a domestic order.
The second work order, valued at approximately ₹31.99 crore excluding GST, has been awarded by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. It involves providing operation and maintenance services for the New Sports Injury Centre (SIC) Building over a two-year period. Similar to the first contract, this project falls under project management consultancy and is also a domestic order.
