Narayana Hrudayalaya has announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Ltd, in the . The subsidiary was established on 11 March 2026 by UK Ltd, a step-down overseas subsidiary of the company.

Practice Plus Group Property Ltd is set to operate within the real estate and property sector, focusing on acquiring, holding, developing, and maintaining immoveable hospital infrastructure in the UK. These facilities will be exclusively used by hospital operating entities within the group, following an Opco/Propco structure.

The newly formed entity has a paid-up share capital of GBP 1000, with Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd holding 100% of the shares. The incorporation does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction as the promoter group has no interest in it.

The establishment of Practice Plus Group Property Ltd aligns with Narayana Hrudayalaya’s strategy to enhance its infrastructure capabilities in the UK, supporting its healthcare operations in the region.
