MedPlus Health Services Limited has announced plans to establish a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on 16 March 2026.

The new entity will be incorporated as a private limited company under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, and will operate as a not-for-profit organisation. The name of the subsidiary will be confirmed upon approval by the Registrar of Companies in .

MedPlus Health Services will hold 100% ownership of the subsidiary, including through nominee shareholders. The shares will be subscribed at face value, with the subscription forming the basis of the company’s share capital.

The incorporation of the subsidiary is subject to necessary approvals from the Registrar of Companies and any other relevant authorities. The company has committed to providing requisite disclosures to the stock exchanges once the incorporation process is completed.
