Magellanic Cloud’s wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has secured a significant contract with South Central Railway, Vijayawada Division, valued at approximately ₹7.88 crore. The contract involves the provision of CCTV cameras at Goods Sheds across multiple railway stations.
Provigil Surveillance Limited received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Indian Railways for the project, which is to be executed within 365 days. The contract encompasses supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of CCTV surveillance systems and associated S&T infrastructure.
The contract was awarded in the ordinary course of business and does not involve any related party transactions. Magellanic Cloud confirmed that none of its promoters or promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
This development underscores Magellanic Cloud’s continued expansion and involvement in critical infrastructure projects within India.
