KEC International has announced securing new orders worth ₹1,476 crore for its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects across multiple regions, including India, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

The company has won its largest composite T&D order in Saudi Arabia, which includes 380 kV transmission lines, substations, and EHV cabling. Additional orders comprise 132 kV transmission lines in Africa, as well as the supply of towers in India and the Americas, and hardware and poles in the Americas.

Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO of KEC International, expressed satisfaction with the new orders, highlighting the significance of the Saudi Arabian order amidst geopolitical challenges. He noted that the order in Africa signifies a recovery in the region’s T&D market. With these new contracts, KEC International’s year-to-date order intake has reached approximately ₹22,800 crore.
