IRB Infrastructure Trust, through its investment manager MMK Toll Road Private Limited, has announced significant changes to its board of directors. The board has approved the appointment of Mr. as an Additional Non-Independent Director, effective from 1 April 2026. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders.

Mr. Hemdani is currently a Senior Vice President in the Infrastructure Team at GIC, Singapore. He joined GIC’s London office in 2016, covering the European infrastructure market before relocating to Singapore in 2021 to focus on Asia. Prior to his tenure at GIC, he worked at HSBC’s Capital Goods Advisory team, where he was involved in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets transactions. Mr. Hemdani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Economics from Colby College, USA.

In conjunction with this appointment, the board also acknowledged the resignation of Mr. as a Non-Independent Director, effective 1 April 2026. Mr. Hau resigned due to pre-occupation with other professional commitments. The board expressed its sincere appreciation for Mr. Hau’s valuable contributions and guidance during his tenure.
