The order is a domestic contract with a completion period of seven months. As part of the agreement, a 5% advance payment will be made along with the order. The scope of the project includes complete design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply and erection of the building system.
Interarch Building Solutions has clarified that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the entity awarding the contract, ensuring that the deal does not fall under related party transactions.
