The new entity will leverage Intellect’s Agentic AI platform to enhance the UK Wealth Management market through Fintel’s client network. This initiative seeks to address the complexities of legacy advisory technology by embedding intelligence into the operational fabric of advisory firms. The platform will function as an AI-first operating foundation, enabling real-time workflow orchestration, compliance supervision, and risk management.
The joint venture will operate as a dedicated UK entity, combining Intellect’s AI architecture expertise with Fintel’s market reach and regulatory knowledge. It aims to evolve into a comprehensive AI operating layer, supporting the full lifecycle of advisory relationships.
Fintel CEO Matt Timmins highlighted the need for a fundamental redesign of advisory technology to meet the challenges of regulatory complexity and evolving client expectations. IntellectAI CEO Banesh Prabhu emphasised the platform’s role in expanding adviser capacity and improving client outcomes without proportional cost increases.
