ICICI Lombard General Insurance has scheduled its Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 19 June 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing. The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹7.0 per equity share, which represents a 70% payout on the face value of ₹10.0 per share, pending approval at the AGM.
The AGM notice and the Integrated Annual Report for FY2026 will be distributed electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company or its registrar, KFin Technologies Limited, or their depository participants. Shareholders who have not registered their email addresses will receive a letter with a link to the company’s website to access the report.
The company has set 29 May 2026 as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend. If approved, the dividend will be disbursed electronically by 3 July 2026, after deducting applicable taxes.
