Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026, reporting a significant net profit of ₹4,034.37 crore for the financial year, compared to ₹2,709.14 crore in the previous year. The results were approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on 14th May 2026.
The company’s total income from operations for the year stood at ₹13,150.40 crore, up from ₹10,311.29 crore in the previous year. For the quarter ended 31st March 2026, the total income was ₹3,562.86 crore, compared to ₹2,844.99 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
HUDCO also reported a total comprehensive income of ₹3,477.15 crore for the year, an increase from ₹2,544.34 crore in the previous year. The net profit before tax and exceptional items for the year was ₹3,221.44 crore, down from ₹3,636.66 crore in the previous year.
In addition to the financial results, HUDCO’s Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This final dividend is in addition to the interim dividends already declared and paid during the financial year 2025-26, which totalled ₹4.55 per share.
The company also updated its accounting policy, clarifying that the changes have no material financial impact.
