Hatsun Agro Product has received an income-tax assessment order from the Income Tax Department, resulting in a demand of ₹2.89 crore for the Assessment Year 2024-2025. The order was issued under section 143(3) read with section 156 of the Income-Tax Act, 1961.

The company received the order on 9th March 2026, and it is currently in the process of appealing against the demand. The assessment was conducted by the Assessment Unit of the Income Tax Department, and the company is evaluating the financial implications of this order.
