Greaves Cotton Limited has announced the appointment of Manish Poddar as its new Group Chief Financial Officer, effective 19th March 2026. Poddar will be based in Mumbai and will lead the Finance and IT functions, supporting the company’s Greaves.NEXT strategy.
Manish Poddar, a Qualified Chartered Accountant, brings over 25 years of experience in financial leadership, strategy, and corporate governance. Before joining Greaves Cotton, he held senior roles at Greencell Mobility, GMM Pfaudler Ltd., and Diversey, contributing significantly to financial performance and strategic growth initiatives.
