Gravita India has announced the resignation of Mr. Vijay Kumar Pareek from his position as Executive Director-Non Board Member, effective from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026. The company disclosed this information in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Mr. Pareek cited personal commitments as the reason for his resignation. In his resignation letter, he expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors and the management for their support during his tenure. He also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation apart from those mentioned.
Following Mr. Pareek’s departure, Mr. Yogesh Mohan Kharbanda, another Executive Director-Non Board Member, will assume all duties and responsibilities previously held by Mr. Pareek.
