This transition comes as Mr. Dua is appointed as the Managing Director (Designate) and Senior Management Personnel at UltraTech Cement Limited, effective from 1st April 2026. The board of directors at UltraTech Cement has approved this appointment, marking a new chapter in Mr. Dua’s professional journey.
