
LatentView Analytics Ltd. becomes India’s most subscribed IPO beating the Paras Defence & Space Technologies Ltd. which was subscribed 304 times. Retail investors lead the subscription by bidding for 27,79,87,252 shares.
Non-Institutional Investors subscribed to the issue 71.90 times with bidding for 33,67,85,032 shares. The Qualified Institutional Buyers subscribed to the issue 10.07 times. LatentView also triumphs over Paras Defence IPO in comparison to issue size which is Rs. 600 crores i.e. three times more than that of Paras Defence IPO. With this, the LatentView IPO has become the second-highest oversubscribed IPO in the retail investor portion.
The company plans to utilise the funds from the fresh issue for inorganic development & future investments. LatentView is one of the worlds largest analytics firms. The company deals with banking, financial services and insurance, consumer packaged goods & retail, industrials, and other industry domains.
