The has announced the allotment of a total of 2,29,887 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (). The allotments were approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee and took place on 9 May 2026.

The bank allotted 6,165 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each to option grantees under the ESOS 2010 Scheme. Additionally, 2,23,722 equity shares, also with a face value of ₹2 each, were allotted under the ESOS 2017 Scheme. These allotments were made after the payment of money by the respective allottees.

This move is part of Federal Bank’s ongoing efforts to incentivise and retain talent through stock option schemes, aligning employee interests with the long-term goals of the organisation.
