The project will be developed in the State of Maharashtra on a Design, Finance, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DFBOT) toll mode.
The incorporation of this subsidiary does not fall under related party transactions, as it is a newly established wholly-owned subsidiary of Welspun Enterprises. Consequently, there is no involvement of the promoter or promoter group in this transaction.
Welspun Pune Shirur Projects Limited was incorporated on 9 May 2026, under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office located in Maharashtra. The company has received its Certificate of Incorporation on the same date.
