The most anticipated cage match between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg has taken a new turn. The cage fight between Mark Zuckerberg and the owner of Twitter was reportedly called off on Sunday. He stated that he will “focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously” in a thread on Threads.
He said in the post that We all seem to agree that Elon isn’t being serious, therefore it’s time to move on. I proposed a genuine date. Dana White made the offer to turn this into a legitimate charity contest. Elon refuses to commit to a date, claims to need surgery, and then requests to play a practise game in my lawn in its place.
Musk did not appreciate Mark’s post. Musk attacked his tech adversary on X, the social networking site that was formerly known as Twitter. Zuck is a chicken, Musk wrote in a post.
Musk responded to a comment on X suggesting that Zuckerberg was “trying to chicken out” in the fight against him by saying, “He can’t eat at Chic-fil-A because that would be cannibalism.”
According to Variety, a series of back-and-forth texts between the CEOs of Meta and X/Twitter originally generated discussions about a prospective cage match in the style of mixed martial arts. Musk recently announced on his social media accounts that the “Zuck v Musk fight” would be live-streamed via X, with all proceeds going to charity. Musk was retaliated against by Zuckerberg, who posted on Threads where he suggested using a more reliable and trustworthy platform that could contribute to charity.
