eClerx Services has reported a significant 22.6% increase in total revenue for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, reaching ₹42,174 million. The company’s Q4 revenue stood at ₹11,354 million, marking a 3.1% quarter-on-quarter growth.

The company’s OPG revenue in USD terms was $122.4 million for Q4, reflecting a 0.6% increase from the previous quarter, while in INR terms, the OPG revenue was ₹11,073 million, up by 3.5%. For the full fiscal year, OPG revenue reached ₹41,170 million, a 22.3% year-on-year increase.

In terms of profitability, ‘s EBITDA for Q4 was ₹3,121 million, a 1.5% increase from the previous quarter. The full-year EBITDA was ₹11,526 million, showing a 28.8% increase from the previous year. The net profit for Q4 was ₹1,894 million, a slight decrease of 1.4% from the previous quarter, but the annual net profit rose by 30.5% to ₹7,062 million.

The company also reported a constant currency growth of 17.0% for FY26, with a quarter-on-quarter growth of 0.5%. A 1:1 bonus was issued in Q4, and a dividend of ₹1 per share has been proposed for FY26. Wage increments are set to be effective from 1st April 2026.
